This hard, thin and crunchy bread is made in an artisanal manner in the small factory in Porvoo from three basic ingredients: organic rye, sea salt and water. The little Nordic tile brings you all the benefits of rye: fiber, micronutrients and antioxidants - in a delicious and colorful way.
Originally an old recipe for crunchy rye bread, discovered in the library of Åby Manor (pronounced "obus") in 1990. Thanks to its inimitable taste and its versatility, the fine crisp quickly won over many great chefs and caterers Parisians.
