Cette sauce ponzu au yuzu, intensément savoureuse, est élaborée à partir de sauce soja fermentée naturellement et rehaussée par le parfum unique du yuzu rare "Misho Yuzu".
Authentique ponzu, au Japon, produits phare de la série Netflix « Sel, gras, acide, chaleur ». Produite par une entreprise traditionnelle spécialisée dans la fermentation depuis plus de 150 ans, cette sauce est vieillie pendant 3 ans.
Sans levures artificielles. Sauce soja (contient du blé et du soja, fabriquée dans la préfecture d'Akita), vinaigre de pomme, assaisonnement fermenté à base de riz, jus de yuzu, eau, sirop mixte d'isoglucose, extrait de kombu, bouillon de bonite / alcool, arômes (acides aminés, etc.)
