Product Description

THE Kurozu (black vinegar) of the brand Kakuida is a Japanese vinegar of exceptional quality, aged for 5 years to offer rich and subtle aromas. It is produced according to traditional know-how passed down for more than 200 years in the city of Fukuyama, Japan.

This vinegar is made from Japanese organic brown rice, d'pure water from the Fukuyama region, and which house (a traditional ferment). It benefits from a unique fermentation process, carried out in pots Aman which promote optimal maturation by absorbing solar heat and emitting far infrared rays, thus enriching the flavor of the vinegar.

Aging for 5 years allows us to obtain a product particularly rich in amino acids, ensuring depth of flavor. This long maturation means that only 80% of batches are marketed, ensuring rare quality. In addition, this vinegar is certified was according to Japanese standards JAS, without additives or preservatives.
